To order: Please email your order to sales@EquiFeast.com . Please be sure to include your (business) name, invoicing address, delivery address if different, contact phone details. For the products you are ordering, please indicate the quantity, the product name and the pack size. Please note that there might be a few extra days delay in dispatching your order whilst customs paperwork is prepared.
Payment terms: Payment is required before dispatch of goods. Payment can be made by credit or debit card (Visa and MasterCard only). Please provide your card number, expiry date and security number. Credit card orders can ONLY be taken by phone or through E-mail, and NOT online as this is set up for Australian customers only. We do NOT accept Paypal or Western Union Transfers. Please note that your payment may appear as EquiFeast or The Birdcare Company on your statement. Alternatively you may be able to make a direct transfer to our Australian bank account (charges may apply).
